When your package is shipped you receive SMS/Email notifications regarding the delivery status. If the carrier encounters a problem, you will receive a notification with a link and other possible choices.

We accept return packages in new condition only with no trace of use and in their original packaging only.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, the return is the responsibility of the customer by the carrier of your choice. The package must be returned in its original packaging to the following address: KANDK, Traverse de la Bastidonne, 13400 AUBAGNE.
